What we can help with
We publish planning information about visiting Mount Vesuvius and compare the guided trips available to the crater. If something here is out of date, unclear or simply wrong, tell us and we will check it against the source and correct it.

What we cannot help with
Bookings are made with the tour operator or booking platform, not with us. We do not hold your reservation, cannot change a date, and cannot issue a refund.
- Changing, cancelling or refunding a booking
- Contacting a guide or driver on the day
- Confirming a pickup point or meeting time
For anything on that second list, use the booking confirmation from the platform you bought through. They hold the reservation and they can act on it; we cannot.
